Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order and delivery

1. How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is processed and checked for quality, it’s packed and sent out for delivery with our trusted partner to reach your doorstep.
If there’s any issue with the delivery or timing, our partner will get in touch with you to resolve it.

2. What does it mean when my order is shipped in multiple shipments?

No worries! It means items in your order were shipped from different warehouse locations.
Any shipping or COD charges will only apply to the first package you receive. 

Shipping coverage & chargers 

1. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges may apply to select products and services and will be clearly communicated during the order process.

2. Does Whello ship outside India?

Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are working on offering international delivery, so stay tuned!

3. Why are the products not shipped to my location?

While we deliver to most parts of India, some areas may be excluded due to:

  • Limited courier service availability
  • Legal restrictions on certain products
  • Inaccessibility or unreliable delivery in remote regions

4. Are there any hidden charges, such as Octroi or Sales Tax, when I make the payment?

No, there are no hidden charges. Prices shown at checkout are final and inclusive of taxes. Any shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before you place your order.

Delivery timelines

1. What are the estimated delivery times?

  • Metro Cities (A-1 & A-2): Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad – delivery within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Other Cities: Delivery within 2–7 business days
  • Ground Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days post-dispatch
  • Remote Locations: May take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on geographic constraints

Tracking your delivery

1. How can I track my order after it has been shipped?

Once shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your package within 24 hours of dispatch.
We ship via trusted partners like Ecom Express, Pickrr, and Shiprocket.  

Address and delivery preferences

1. Is it possible to request a change in the delivery address at any point in time once the order has been placed?

If not yet dispatched:

Yes, contact our customer service to request an address change. For security, we may ask a few verification questions.

If already dispatched:

Unfortunately, we can’t change the address. If delivery fails, the order will be returned to the warehouse and processed as a return.

Can you hold the delivery, as I will not be able to receive my order due to unexpected circumstances?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, email us at community @A.R.R.AESTHETICSANDWELLNESSLLP.in to request a hold.
We may ask a few security questions for verification.

If the order is already dispatched, we’re unable to hold the delivery.
